PLEASE NOTE CBAA POLICIES:
Pre-licensing Bail Education: Bail license applicants taking the twelve-hour Pre Licensing Bail Education course will attend class for two consecutive days. Registration begins at 8:30 am, class begins at 9:00 am and concludes at 4:45pm. Lunch is served 12 - 1pm and is included in the registration fee. If you are a bail license applicant you must include your Social Security Number on the registration form. Please use your name as it appears on your bail license application.

CBAA's Pre-Licensing Bail Education course is designed to give students a broad overview of the laws and regulations governing bail in California and to assist students in their preparation for the State's bail license examination. CBAA's courses are approved by the Department of Insurance.

Class Change Policy: All class changes must be submitted in writing by mail or fax. If that change request is received by CBAA 7 days prior to your originally scheduled class date, your entire registration will will apply to the new class. After 7 days prior to the original class date, a $25 processing fee will be added to your registration.

Late Fee Policy: Registrations are not valid without payment. Valid registrations received by CBAA after 7 days prior to class will be assess a $25 surcharge. Valid registrations received at class site will be assess a $25 surcharge. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refund Policy:No refunds will be given after 7 days prior to the class date. Applicants can submit a written or faxed request for a refund. This must be received by CBAA at least 7 days prior to the first class date. Refunds will be issued after the course has been held.
