Because of this, the bail licensee must be informed of current laws, regulations and industry practices regarding the appropriate manner in which to collect outstanding accounts receivables. In order for a bail licensee’s business to remain actuarially sound and to protect the citizens of California, bail licensees must successfully collect outstanding accounts receivables.
